the UAE is one of the pioneering countries in the Arab region with a clear and defined strategy in AI, aiming towards its Vision 2071. This strategy emphasizes enhancing productivity and investing in technology-centric education. Several initiatives have been launched, including the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid program for Arab programmers, known as “One Million Arab Coders” since 2017. This initiative prepares Arab youth for the future, nurturing the upcoming generation of tech experts. The goal is realized through several digital platforms and apps, such as those developed by the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence in collaboration with global entities like the Inception company in Masdar City, Sorbonne University in France, the G42 company, and others.
