This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
